Many of you received my update letter in the last month. I wanted to update everyone on my status. I currently have approximately 35% of my support for 2010 raised. I have added a few monthly partners, as well as have had a church or two give me a substantial one time gift. That, along with a very generous, completely anonymous, gift I received in the mail the other day, and I sit at 35% to being fully supported, according to my plan laid out in my letter.
First, I'm grateful for those of you who have stepped up and blessed me so much. Your generosity is absolutely wonderful. I do still have quite a bit more to go, however.
As this final month of 2009 occurs, will you pray about becoming a monthly partner with me in 2010? Would you small group, or other group, like to come together and support a missionary in 2010? I would love to come speak to you about the vision we have for KC, Midtown Community Church, etc.
I still need to put a bigger dent in the overall percent of support coming in by the beginning of 2010. Please pray, and contact me if you have any interest at all.
